Open House
Please bring your aches and pains to our open house on Thursday October 15th from 6-8pm.  October is National Physical Therapy Month and we are celebrating with food, fun prizes and some free laser treatments.  It's fast and you won't believe the immediate results.  You've got to try it to believe it.  Bring a friend!

Pampering For Peace
Join Dana for free PT tips at this event being held at the United Methodist Church, 247 Broad St., Red Bank on Saturday September 26th from 10-4:30pm.  You can get some great pampering done while you are there as well a promoting peaceful conflict resolution to teens.  Come on out to support this poignant cause.

Rock N' Ride

Schwartz Physical Therapy supports the Tinton Falls American Red Cross.  The 12th annual Rock n' Ride was on Sunday September 13th at Sunset Park in Harvey Cedars on LBI.  John & Dana provided free stretches and tips on how to stay injury free to the riders and their families/friends.  Here, Dana instructs a rider how to stretch her hip flexors with a therapy ball after her ride.
